HOW TO MAKE A WARRANTY?
DEADLINES
- If the item has any damage you must inform us before 48h.
- For you have 2 years of warranty.
STEPS
If you want to make a return, you have to follow these steps:
- You must contact Customer Service by sending an e-mail to info@opticabassol.com explaining the reason for the request. Within 24-48 hours, we will give you an answer.
- Fill out our Warranty Form and include it in the package. (Download Link)
- Send the package to our warehouse: OPTICA BASSOL. Address: Violant d'Hongria Reina d'Aragó, 71. 08028. Barcelona. Telephone: 93 122 60 35
- Use the original packaging to protect the box containing the items to be returned and in no case place the return label directly on the boxes.

You can send it yourself to the address provided.

Request a pick up by sending an email to info@opticabassol.com indicating the reason for the warranty, name, address and purchase data.

You can return your order at any of our opticians with all the original material sent.
COSTS
- You will have to assume the cost of shipping and possible customs charges.
- Processing warranties in our opticians are free of charge.
MANAGEMENT
- All warranties are managed and processed by the BASSOL ONLINE team after receipt of the order within 3 to 5 days.
- Once we receive and verify the condition of the product, we will proceed to process a new order to the supplier to replace the warranty request.
- We will proceed to make a new shipment to the customer(transportation costs and possible customs charges will not be refunded, since the services have been provided).
Optica Bassol reserves the right to refuse warranties communicated after the deadline or products that present conditions other than manufacturing defects.
CUSTOMS - COUNTRIES OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION
Some countries may have import taxes and customs costs, please check with local authorities. If the shipment of the package incurs customs duties and taxes, these will be borne by the customer.
Please note that Bassol Optic operates from the European Union. If the customer does not want to take charge of customs fees, Bassol Optic will not refund the amount of the order or take charge of the package. It is important to put a correct address and a contact telephone number. P.O. Box is not accepted. In some occasions, the United States Customs Authorities ask their citizens to provide their Social Security number to release the imported merchandise.
What is the warranty period?
All our glasses come with a 2-year warranty against manufacturer's defects from the time of delivery.
What does the warranty cover?
This warranty, coming from the manufacturer, covers manufacturing defects and not possible damages caused by misuse of the product such as: breakage, falls or scratches.
In the case of applying a warranty, transportation or customs charges are not included, they will be assumed by the customer.
